Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager with a security governance background to identify, analyze, and prioritize security risk across Amazon's Stores, Devices, and related services. The role focuses on driving governance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to reduce compliance risk.

You will work with security engineers and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, establish KPIs, and ensure alignment with enterprise risk management processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of data governance strategy for Amazon Stores and related areas.
• Manage and be accountable for security programs to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Lead security compliance activities to meet legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Continuously prioritize risk for service teams, security teams, and leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies with security engineers and other teams.
