Amazon.com Stores Security - Regulation Tech Assurance (RTA) seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager with a security governance background to identify, analyze, and prioritize security risk from diverse sources across Amazon. You will drive leadership prioritization and govern risk reduction initiatives end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Amazon's data governance strategy.
• Manage and be accountable for security programs and/or projects to reduce security and compliance risk.
• Work across various stakeholders to identify and evaluate customer needs and solutions.
• Lead various security compliance activities in order for Amazon to achieve and maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standard requirements.
• Continuously prioritize risk for service teams, security teams, and executive leadership.
• Work with security engineers and others to develop technical risk mitigation strategies and approaches.
• Communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Integrate into various enterprise risk management processes.
• Establish program mechanisms, KPIs, and executive reporting.
