Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Security/Technology Consultant to lead design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects.

You will mentor designers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop construction documents from concept to delivery, enabling successful project outcomes and client satisfaction across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external subject matter experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
