Job summary

Glumac is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. You will influence design standards, manage client relationships, and mentor staff across disciplines.

The role requires strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset, with the ability to develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications that support successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology/security design and project execution experience.
• Strong project management background and delivery focus.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit for design delivery.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovations.
• Provide technology systems design consultation across ICT, telecom, and audiovisual disciplines.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security and telecom design.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions with clear, ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
