Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks a Security/Technology Consultant to lead design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. You will shape construction documents, basis of design reports, and specs while mentoring others and driving design excellence.

Ideal candidates bring strong Revit proficiency, exceptional communication, and a growth mindset, with experience managing projects from concept through delivery in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and consulting of electronic security systems for projects.
• Provide ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design consultation.
• Manage projects and coordinate with teams and SMEs.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design.
• Contribute to quality control and design standards.
• Support client interactions throughout project lifecycle.
