Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, in Portland, OR, seeks an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual design on complex projects. You will manage design from concept through delivery and mentor junior staff.

The role requires strong Revit skills, clear communication, and the ability to develop construction documents and specifications. This is a remote or hybrid, US-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience with electronic security system design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovation projects.
• Provide ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual design consultation.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external SMEs.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers and support their development in security and related disciplines.
• Contribute to quality control, process refinement, and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain strong project communication.
