Job summary

Glumac is seeking an experienced Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. This role combines technical design leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship.

The ideal candidate brings strong Revit skills and the ability to develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications that support successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong background in project management.
• Experience with electronic security systems design.
• Strong telecommunications and audiovisual design experience.
• Extensive experience using Revit.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and consulting of electronic security systems for projects.
• Provide ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems design consultation.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and external experts.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and construction specifications.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers in security, telecommunications, and audiovisual design.
• Contribute to quality control and design standards.
• Support client interactions and maintain ongoing communication.
