Job summary

Glumac is seeking a Security/Technology Consultant to lead the design and execution of electronic security, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems for complex projects. This role blends technical leadership with project management, client engagement, and team mentorship.

Ideal candidates have strong Revit skills, excellent communication, and a growth mindset, and can develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specifications to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology/security design and project execution.
• Strong project management background for complex projects.
• Experience with electronic security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Extensive experience using Revit and related design tools.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and consulting of electronic security systems for new construction and renovations.
• Provide ICT, telecommunications, and audiovisual design consultation.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal teams and SMEs.
• Develop construction documents, basis of design reports, and specs.
• Lead technology projects from concept through delivery.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Contribute to quality control, process improvement, and standards.
• Support client interactions with strong communication throughout.
