Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Lead and support field technicians on installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with project managers and other internal key members.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain security and communication systems (alarm panels, access control, surveillance).
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and test equipment for proper functionality.
• Document all work performed according to company standards.
