Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings used in service work.
• NICET certification or a strong plan to pursue credentials.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and support access control systems, video surveillance, fire alarms, and related low‑voltage tech.
• Diagnose field issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime.
• Perform customer-facing service calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Read and interpret blueprints and system documentation to complete work accurately.
• Document service activity, materials, and hours with accurate ticket updates.
• Maintain compliance with applicable codes and Knight Watch quality expectations.
