You will read blueprints, troubleshoot field equipment, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful installations. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and using power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe, dependable driving record.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds during hands-on installation work.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with power tools and electronics; willingness to strengthen technical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile technology for organization.

Responsibilities

• Install and support access control, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, and other integrated systems.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings to support project work.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues with technicians and project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of materials, labor hours, and project activity.
• Provide professional customer service and explain system functions clearly.
• Review project documentation and complete mobile task reporting.
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, project managers, and internal teams.
• Strengthen technical knowledge through training, certifications, and product research.
