Job summary

Maersk Performance Team is seeking a full-time Security Supervisor to oversee a team of guards across multiple sites. You will supervise, audit, and communicate security operations, ensuring doors, gates, and access points remain secure and compliant with company policy.

Responsibilities include daily reporting, post inspections, and coordinating with Building Management while maintaining a safe, orderly site environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years security guard experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings and grounds of establishments, docks, and worksite.
• Supervises a team of security guards and/or supervisors.
• Examines doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
• Watches for and reports irregularities and potential threats.
• Maintains daily logs and reports for security postings.
• Controls access and regulates vehicle and pedestrian traffic at plant entrance.
• Overtime may be required to meet staffing needs.
