Performance Team seeks a Security Supervisor to lead a team of guards, patrol facilities, and enforce security procedures. Responsibilities include post inspections, incident reporting, and maintaining safety standards across the site.
The role requires supervisory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with building management. Candidates should be prepared for rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Performance Team handles end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Supervises a team of security personnel including guards. Monitor, audit and maintain the Contract Security requirements and communication under the direction of the Security Director, while maintaining constant communication with Building Management.
Rotating Schedules
Directly manages 15‑20 security guards and/or supervisors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. May be required to work overtime as needed.

Dependability – Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes tasks on time or informs appropriate person with an alternate plan.

High school education; two to five years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one year of supervisory experience.
Ability to read a limited number of two‑ and three‑syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
