Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Security Solutions Delivery Specialist in New York to own architecture, delivery, and ongoing improvement of security solutions for the Global Security Organization. Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of complex security solutions from concept through implementation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture: data protection, IAM, network and cloud security.
• Experience managing cross-functional security projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ability to develop clear, actionable security communications for both technical and executive audiences.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to global technology companies (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, USDS requirements).
• Experience developing solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, control descriptions, and operational runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security solutions balancing risk, efficiency, and user experience.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to inform design priorities and controls.
• Lead full-lifecycle delivery from requirements to handoff, managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Establish metrics and reviews to optimize and refresh solutions.
• Implement feedback loops with operational teams to improve effectiveness and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Product Security, Eng, and Infra to embed solutions in the development lifecycle.
• Translate security concepts into business narratives; report milestones, risks, and mitigations.
• Own documentation: briefs, guides, training with adoption plans.
• Manage internal communications and executive reporting showing impact and value.
• Maintain active project register with risks and mitigation status.
