Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end security solution development for client engagements in the US. This role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across consulting, delivery, and pricing teams to craft compelling proposals and value propositions.

The position involves engaging with senior client stakeholders, driving deal shaping, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience (cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, software development) with at least 7 years in a cybersecurity domain.
• 10+ years of experience in delivery or solution architecture for cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution development in complex situations requiring in-depth analysis of variables.
• Apply critical thinking to solve unique scenarios with no predefined solution.
• Oversee deal pursuits with appropriate methods and procedures.
• Collaborate across the ecosystem with SMEs for inputs/outputs as needed (consulting, delivery, pricing, proposal response).
• Lead large, complex deal shaping activities including client workshops and due diligence.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with strategic direction set by senior management.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
