Kastle Systems, a leader in managed security, is seeking a Sales Engineer in San Francisco to design and price security solutions for complex projects. You will respond to bid specifications, develop costed designs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time, high-quality implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in physical security, strong communication, and deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of security systems experience in physical security, installation, or project management.
• Experience designing Access Control, Video/CCTV, and Visitor Management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design security solutions for new office builds and installations.
• Respond to Security Bid Specifications and Construction drawings.
• Coordinate installation with Project Management and Installation teams.
• Work with Sales to develop solutions and win business.
• Serve as product line expert on Kastle security offerings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client expectations.
