raydar is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer focused on product and platform security in a fully remote US role. You will write production code, assess designs, and build tooling to stop classes of flaws early, designing safe systems and improving developer tools.

You will work with engineers to fix vulnerabilities, run threat models, and contribute to a lightweight secure development lifecycle while producing guides and design write-ups to help teams build safely with minimal overhead.

Formación

• Experience at a software/tech company with a strong security posture.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js to contribute production code.
• Ability to explain risks and security operations clearly in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Build shared libraries, templates and guardrails for secure patterns.
• Review designs and production code for authentication, authorization and data exposure issues.
• Run threat models for new features, services and integrations.
• Strengthen security patterns across the stack including secrets handling.
• Add developer-facing security checks to CI/CD and local workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to fix vulnerabilities with durable, reusable solutions.
• Contribute to incident reviews and postmortems.
