Linktree is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the security team, focusing on authentication, authorization, secrets handling, abuse detection and fraud prevention. You’ll work with TypeScript, Node.js, React and AWS to harden systems while minimizing creator friction.

You will own internal tooling, threat modelling, and collaboration with Engineering, Product and Trust & Safety to ship secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid Los Angeles or San Francisco office setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with security or infrastructure focus.
• Strong full‑stack skills across TS/Node/React/GraphQL and AWS; able to ship end‑to‑end fixes.
• Experience threat modelling real systems and turning outputs into shipped work.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship security improvements across the product authentication, authorization and secrets handling.
• Build detection and response for abuse, account takeover, scraping and fraud surfaces.
• Threat model systems and translate output into prioritized, shipped work.
• Own internal tooling to enable secure-by-default engineering across squads.
• Triage and remediate vulnerabilities from findings and pen tests.
