Target is seeking a Senior Specialist – Corporate Security & Safety to safeguard our corporate locations. You will execute daily security operations, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate incident records while supporting team members, visitors, and events to ensure a safe environment.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to patrol using a company vehicle.
• Must meet state/local licensure requirements for the position.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Ability to provide life-saving actions, including CPR and basic first aid.
• Able to sit, stand, or remain mobile for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily security operations, including access control, monitoring, and patrol routines.
• Respond to security and safety incidents and provide immediate on-site support.
• Document incidents and activities with accurate, timely information.
• Communicate relevant information to team members and leaders for awareness and response.
• Assist team members, visitors, and events to maintain a safe environment.
• Operate and monitor security systems and report issues as needed.
• Fulfill additional duties as evolving business needs require.
