Job summary

RSA is seeking a Senior Advisor on the Security & Risk team to safeguard production environments and R&D spaces while enabling the business with secure-by-design practices. You will lead incident response, tune SIEM/SOAR/XDR, apply IAM and Zero Trust controls, mentor teammates, and collaborate with IT, product, and engineering teams to strengthen security across the organization.

Experience with cloud and on-premises security, and frameworks like FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIST, CSA is essential; strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of cybersecurity operations experience.
• Hands-on production operation of security technologies in cloud and on-premises.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and Zero Trust principles (MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience with FedRAMP, SOC 2, NIST, CSA compliance.
• Ability to communicate security decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second level Incident Response liaison with third party SOC.
• Operate and tune core detection and response tooling (SIEM/SOAR/XDR/WAF/NGFW).
• Apply identity-centric and Zero Trust controls across IT, product, and R&D teams.
• Support security as an enabler in product and R&D lifecycles.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across business units.
• Document, runbooks, metrics, and present findings to audiences.
