Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking an Activity Security Representative II to provide multi-disciplined security support for a facility and organization, including day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.

The role involves classification reviews, document control, mail processing, access control, and maintaining security records. Strong communication, leadership, and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) or Associate’s degree and 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• DoD SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions)
• 2+ years of Special Access Program (SAP) experience for Level III positions

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintenance of document accountability database and related records.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Maintain logs for administrative functions related to document control.
• Assist research, filing, and maintenance of inbound/outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain associated logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain personnel security files and update SAP/ACCESS records.
• Follow customer SOPs and support security awareness programs.
