Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International seeks a Program Security Representative II to support SAPs, SCI, and collateral data for US military operations. You will ensure strict policy adherence, help develop and implement safeguarding procedures, and provide day-to-day security analysis across programs.

Responsibilities include training, facility reviews, risk assessments, and handling sensitive information with utmost integrity. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI and collateral data.
• Develop and implement policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data.
• Perform day-to-day security activities and risk assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities and advise on corrective actions.
• Train personnel on SAP security education and awareness.
• Coordinate with SAP security personnel and provide oversight.
• Brief personnel on security topics at various levels.
• Conduct and document facility compliance reviews and follow-ups.
• Monitor corrective actions and notify program staff of security matters.
• Investigate loss or suspected loss of classified information and generate damage assessments.
