Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC is seeking an Activity Security Representative III to support DoD security programs and mission requirements. The role involves document control, classification reviews, access control, and SAP-related activities across a secure facility.

The candidate should possess 5–7 years of related security experience, relevant certifications, and a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related experience.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years.
• DoD SAPNP training required if performing personnel security functions.
• All Level I & Level II positions - SAP experience preferred.
• All Level III positions - 2+ years of SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control activities.
• Assist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact lists.
• Assist with visiting notices research, processing, and filing.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain access logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control.
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database.
• Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel.
• Follow customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness programs.
• Miscellaneous administrative duties as directed.
• Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing with government personnel.
• Participate in Air Force SAP inspections.
• Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence.
• Prepare inbound/outbound mail, faxes, and receipts.
• Process PARs for accuracy and access eligibility.
• Execute SAPNP questionnaires.
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews of SAP candidates.
