Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International seeks a Program Security Representative I to provide multi-discipline security support for SAPs, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operations. You will ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD policies, and SAP program requirements while performing day-to-day security tasks and risk assessments.

The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• SFPC counts toward 3 years of experience.
• SPSC counts toward 5 years of experience.
• SPED equivalent experience capped at 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
• Develop and implement policies for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data.
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify policy gaps.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in test, training, and operations.
• Support Operations Security program development and training.
• Assist contractor facilities and oversight.
• Brief government and civilian staff on security topics.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs.
• Monitor corrective actions from reviews.
• Notify program staff of security matters timely.
• Investigate loss/compromise of classified information and draft damage assessments.
• Coordinate with SAP security to update training curricula.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related area

Associate’s degree in related area + 2 years’ experience

Equivalent experience (4 years)
