Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager to lead the physical security design, installation, and sustainment across ADC data center clusters. You will own end-to-end program strategy, manage a team of Security Program Managers, and ensure compliance with government accreditation requirements while supporting rapid data center growth.

You will drive standards, budgets, and vendor coordination, building a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience with ICD, NISPOM, NIST, and UL 2050 standards.
• Experience engaging with government customers on physical security compliance.
• Experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute physical security design and sustainment strategy across ADC clusters.
• Own security program budget and financial forecasts.
• Lead and develop Security Program Managers and contracted PMs.
• Coordinate with government customers on approvals and accreditation.
• Ensure security systems meet government and industry standards.
