Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking a Data Center Campus Security Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive physical security programs for its HPC campus. You will oversee access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems, and coordinate with Corporate Security, IT, facilities and legal teams to ensure robust protection of people, assets and operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop emergency response plans, and manage security budgets while leading and mentoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of security operations experience in corporate/government mission-critical ops.
• Strong leadership, risk management and incident response capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative military/law enforcement experience welcomed.
• Experience with security systems and software platforms (Lenel, Milestone, Axis).
• Customer-focused with ability to coordinate across IT, facilities, and legal teams.
• Data center operations experience and ability to manage multi-site facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive physical security strategy for all facilities.
• Establish Construction and Operational Security Plans for the campus lifecycle.
• Oversee design and management of access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Lead incident response, risk assessments, and crisis management activities.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and legal teams to integrate security measures.
• Manage the security budget, monitor metrics, and report to leadership.
