Job summary

You will own standards, budgets, and governance, and directly manage Security Program Managers to ensure government accreditation and ongoing security compliance. You will define roadmaps, coordinate with engineers and procurement, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in security/compliance fields.
• 5+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience with ICD, NISPOM, NIST, and UL 2050 standards related to classified facility security and accreditation.
• Experience engaging with government customers or regulatory bodies on physical security compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the physical security design standards and sustainment strategy for ADC clusters.
• Lead, develop, and manage Security Program Managers and Contracted Security Project Managers across multiple clusters.
• Translate government security requirements into actionable program roadmaps and standards.
• Manage the security program budget, forecast finances, and monitor spend-to-plan variance.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract strategy, and performance to ensure uptime and compliance.
