Qualifications

• Empathetic communicator and leader across technical and non-technical audiences.
• 10+ years leading complex technical programs in security/privacy/compliance.
• Senior Manager/Director level experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep fluency at the intersection of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations.
• Thrives in high-trust environments with rigorous, structured delivery.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering,Legal, Privacy and Security.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of security and compliance programs (vulnerability management, data protection, and IT security).
• Partner with Infrastructure, Application, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams to build scalable programs and deliver security outcomes.
• Establish scalable frameworks around critical security initiatives including incident response and device security.
• Translate privacy and security commitments into engineering milestones and ensure full implementation.
• Maintain program visibility across risk areas, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and executive audiences and drive cross-functional execution.
