Job summary

OpenAI seeks a Program Manager to own cross-functional security programs with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. You will guide diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration, onboarding, and ongoing ownership across security and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Security & IT M&A programs from diligence through Day 1 readiness and integration.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, IT, Infrastructure, Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, and others.
• Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks; address recurring problems at their source.
• Define durable program goals, intake paths, playbooks, and handoff standards.
