WPS Health Solutions seeks a Senior Security Policy Analyst to develop and maintain corporate security policies, standards, and procedures. The role leverages ServiceNow IRM to streamline policy management, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.

The candidate will mentor junior analysts, drive policy adoption across IT and business teams, and help advance AI governance initiatives while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in security policy, governance, risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cloud security policies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience delivering security awareness training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Leverage ServiceNow to streamline policy management, compliance tracking, and reporting.
• conduct risk assessments and gap analyses mapped to NIST CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance and Business teams to drive policy adoption.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on policy development and ServiceNow use.
