Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years in security policy, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF and AI governance.
• Cloud security policies for AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate security policies and standards.
• Manage policies within ServiceNow IRM and Managed Documents.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses mapped to NIST CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Create clear, actionable security documentation.
• Monitor compliance and drive remediation.
• Provide policy adherence reports via ServiceNow dashboards.
• Mentor junior analysts on policy development and ServiceNow use.
• Develop security awareness training programs.
• Support AI governance awareness programs.
• Update training materials to reflect changes in policies or threats.
• Assess third-party vendor compliance.
