Job summary

WPS—A health solutions company is seeking a Senior Security Policy Analyst to develop and maintain corporate security policies. The role emphasizes governance, risk, and compliance, with hands-on work in ServiceNow IRM and AI governance initiatives.

The position requires U.S. citizenship due to DoD restrictions and offers a hybrid work arrangement, primarily in Wisconsin, with remote options for qualified candidates in WI, IL, MI, MN, and IA. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required (DoD restrictions).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in security policy, governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Leverage ServiceNow IRM to manage policy, risk, audit, and compliance workflows.
• Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and gap analyses mapped to NIST CSF.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure policy adoption.
