Allstate is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise assets. You will own lifecycle management of critical security tools, drive secure-by-default development practices, and align with governance and risk requirements.

The role requires experience in DevSecOps, AI-enabled optimization, and collaboration across engineering and security teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of product scoping, discovery, framing, and backlog ownership in a digital product team.
• 1+ year coaching and mentoring product peers across a technology organization.
• Strong understanding of security principles, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven experience delivering products in Agile environments with backlog management.
• Familiarity with application security tools, cloud platforms, and policy-as-code.

Responsabilidades

• Define Product Strategy & Vision with roadmaps and success metrics.
• Set clear outcomes and KPIs for each product.
• Plan for scalability and future enterprise needs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver secure-by-default capabilities.
• Maintain backlog, write user stories, and drive iterative releases.
