Job summary

Staritas is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity program for healthcare technology solutions. This full-time role is remote in the US and focuses on security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and SOC 2 compliance.

You will lead monitoring, manage MDR/eSOC partners, develop security policies, and drive risk-based improvements across our security environment, partnering with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience administering and optimizing SIEM platforms, including log management and alert tuning.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and enforcing security policies, governance frameworks, and SOC 2 controls.
• Strong background in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
• Experience leading cross‑functional security initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external security service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead security monitoring and incident response operations using SIEM platforms and integrated security technologies.
• Administer and optimize SIEM solutions, including log source onboarding, alert tuning, correlation rules, detection use cases, and integrations with endpoint, cloud, and network security tools.
• Own SOC 2 compliance activities, including control documentation, evidence collection, audit coordination, continuous monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Manage third‑party security providers, including MDR and eSOC partners, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce information security policies, standards, procedures, and controls aligned with SOC 2 and relevant industry frameworks.
