Job summary

AV seeks a Senior Security Manager to lead security operations for National Industrial Security Programs (NISP) nationwide. The role reports to the Director of Security, Industrial Security, with direct oversight of the Facility Security Officer workforce and enterprise-wide security operations.

The successful candidate will provide senior leadership over DoD programs, covering cleared and uncleared sites nationwide; manage programs spanning unclassified, CUI, Collateral programs and ensure

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on Industrial Security experience across DOD, IC and NISPOM (Collateral, SCI, SAP)
• 6+ years of management/leadership experience in national security classified programs
• Current DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• FSO Possessing Certification and Insider Threat Senior Official Training
• Experience in security training and briefings (Initial Security Briefings, Insider Threat, CI awareness, OPSEC)
• Experience constructing secure spaces (SCIFs, SAPF)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for security professionals and foster a cohesive, diverse team
• Interface with corporate and government management on security issues
• Coordinate with senior leadership to resolve security and compliance impacts
• Apply multi-discipline program security management to enable execution and reduce redundancies
• Oversee classified contract management, insider threat, compliance with government standards, COMSEC, ITAR/EAR security measures
• Lead integration of industrial security initiatives to meet contract and business goals
• Support site emergency and crisis management planning and execution
• Oversee investigations of security incidents and disciplinary matters
