Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Captain of the Guard to provide management and support to assigned sites and personnel, ensuring contract quality and efficient operations. You will play a pivotal role alongside the Chief of Security, guiding security staff, coordinating with clients, and delivering high-performance results.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and an active U.S. Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of security management experience in supervisory/management roles.
• ASIS CPP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale and complex projects in austere environments.
• Advise project teams in developing detailed schedules, status reports, and projections.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams during client situations.
• Provide leadership and site management across assigned locations.
• Ensure health, safety, welfare, and training of all staff.
• Collaborate to ensure timely execution of contractual requirements and data reporting.
• Develop briefings and presentations for senior leadership and government representatives.
• Assume Chief of Security duties during incumbents’ absence when needed.
