Acuity International is seeking a professional for the Entry & Exit Lieutenant role on Kwajalein to supervise small groups of guards and manage access control operations. The position requires U.S. citizenship, 21+ years, and an active U.S. Secret Clearance.

The role includes processing personnel and visitors, TSA-compliant passenger handling, liaison with Host Nation officials, and maintaining the 480 Visitor database. Prior security management experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation badging and processing of personnel and visitors arriving to or departing Kwajalein by aircraft.
• Supervises small groups of guards.
• Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
• Process commercial flight passengers according to TSA guidelines, including baggage inspections.
• Liaisons with Host Nation Officials during LN Dignitary visits.
• Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
• Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
• Maintains and monitors the 480 Visitor database.
