Job summary

Acuity International, LLC currently seeks a Dock Security Checkpoint Lieutenant on Kwajalein Island to supervise security personnel and oversee access control operations. The role requires coordination with host nation authorities and foreign national escorts as needed.

Effective candidates will have a U.S. citizenship, be at least 21, hold an active U.S. Secret Clearance, and possess 3+ years in security management or supervisory roles. ASIS CPP preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Handles all personnel and visitors arriving to or departing from Kwajalein Island by marine vessels.
• Supervises small groups of guards.
• Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
• Liaises with LN Customs Officers.
• Coordinate and assist with Foreign National escorts when required.
• Become familiar with Host Nation Customs and Courtesies.
• Assist with Access Control Procedures during special events.
• Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
• Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders.
