Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Active U.S. Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides installation badging and processing of personnel and visitors arriving to or departing Kwajalein by aircraft.
• Supervises small groups of guards.
• Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
• Processes commercial flight passengers according to TSA guidelines.
• Includes baggage inspections.
• Liaisons with Host Nation Officials during LN Dignitary visits.
• Ensures all guard posts are staffed and monitor performance of guard force personnel.
• Ensures all guards comply with Post and general orders.
• Maintains and monitors the 480 Visitor database.
