Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, Public Administration, Homeland Security, or related field
• Knowledge of corporate investigative standards and best practices, including: Evidence collection and preservation, Chain of custody, Fact-based analysis, Investigative interviewing

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of security-related incidents, ensuring investigations are conducted in a timely, thorough, and objective manner
• Lead investigations from initial intake through resolution, including evidence gathering, interviews, fact-finding, analysis, documentation, and the development of investigative findings and recommendations
• Assess reports of threatening, concerning, or potentially violent behavior and partner with appropriate stakeholders to evaluate risk and support measures that promote workplace safety
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Information Security, and business leaders on investigations
• Prepare investigative reports, ensuring findings are thoroughly documented and sensitive information is handled with the highest degree of confidentiality
• Identify trends, vulnerabilities, and recurring issues discovered through investigations and provide recommendations to reduce risk, strengthen controls, and prevent future incidents
• Serve as a liaison with law enforcement and external partners for investigative needs, as appropriate
