Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Security Analyst in Richmond, VA, offering hybrid in-office work 2–3 days a week. The role focuses on proactive threat intelligence, incident response, and developing robust security strategies to protect global assets and personnel.

The position requires strong project management, analytics, and communication skills, with expertise in Excel and MS Office. Travel up to 25% may be required, with a competitive base pay and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant security experience
• Experience in project management, organizational change, and/or process improvement
• Strong facilitation and oral/written communication skills across all levels of the business
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to aggregate, organize, and prepare complex data sets for use in business analysis
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, industrial control systems and other operational technologies
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• Adept at working through ambiguity, putting structure around problems and tasks with limited guidance
• Effective at establishing collaborative working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Effective at applying strategic and analytical thinking to deliver business insights

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Electronic Security Systems data, preparing reports and dashboards detailing performance
• Implement and manage a service model for ESS and GSOC infrastructure, including version/patch, asset, IAM, vulnerability, vendor access, configuration, and service ticket management
• Develop and manage workflows to standardize business processes for GSOC tech infrastructure within a secure network
• Advocate continuous improvement across internal and external relationships and establish strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute cross-functional project plans, identifying risks and managing multiple technical projects on time and budget
