Job summary

You will manage a diverse caseload, conduct interviews, gather evidence, and prepare confidential reports. A 4+ year background in security investigations and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and reporting.
• Knowledge of corporate investigative standards and ASIS.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and VMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of security incidents with timely investigations.
• Lead investigations from intake to resolution, gathering evidence and drafting findings.
• Assess threats and collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and EHS.
• Prepare confidential investigative reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends and recommend controls to reduce risk and prevent incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners as needed.
