Job summary

ServiceNow in Omaha, NE seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk challenges.

You will lead discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, POV engagements, and customer validation activities. Travel 25–50% to engage with executives and technical teams to connect capabilities to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical roles.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical, pre-sales, or support roles.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk.
• Working knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VLANs, firewall, DNS).
• Ability to translate technical capabilities to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, and customer validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person technical demonstrations.
• Deploy and support POVs and POCs to advance pipelines.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for executives.
• Lead technical trainings based on customer use cases and POV findings.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
