Job summary

Surefox North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Events Program Manager in San Francisco, CA to lead event operations and client relationships. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in event operations, security operations, workforce coordination, or related field.
• Experience staffing and scheduling large or high‑profile events.
• Experience with invoicing, billing reconciliation and budget tracking.
• Strong writing skills, including producing formal reports such as AARs.
• Comfort interfacing with executive-level client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event staffing plans based on client requirements, scope and budget, including scheduling and real-time coverage management.
• Resolve call-outs, gaps and last-minute changes with recruiting and field operations to maintain a bench of qualified personnel.
• Plan and support event activations from pre-event logistics through teardown with run-of-show details and briefings.
• Coordinate with venue, client and vendor stakeholders; be on-site as needed to uphold service standards.
• Prepare and submit client invoices, reconcile timesheets and resolve discrepancies promptly.
