Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join our Enterprise Application Security team and help shape how security is built into software—from the first line of code to production deployment.

You will lead shift-left security initiatives, implement security gates in CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering to embed AI security controls, threat modeling, and secure development practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security engineering in SDLC and shift-left initiatives.
• Proven ability to implement AI security controls and governance.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to define requirements, deliverables, and timelines for ISRM Infrastructure projects.
• Implement, monitor, configure, and maintain security systems.
• Develop and deliver technical training in complex areas.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and processes.
