Highmark Health seeks a Senior Security Engineer to embed security into the software development lifecycle across enterprise applications. You will design guardrails, enforce gates, and integrate security scanners into CI/CD, with a focus on AI-assisted development and secure-by-default practices.

You will partner with engineering teams to reduce vulnerabilities, drive measurable security improvements, and deliver real-time posture dashboards and governance for AI-enabled platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 7+ years experience in Information Security and Systems Analysis or related roles.
• Experience with secure SDLC and security gates in CI/CD pipelines.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and enforcement of shift-left security controls across SDLC.
• Drive vulnerability risk reduction with triage, remediation SLAs, and KPI reporting.
• Automate security toolchains and develop dashboards for real-time posture visibility.
• Assist developers with secure coding practices and AI security governance.
