Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to embed security into every stage of the software lifecycle. You will design guardrails, enforce pipeline gates, and manage scanners across the enterprise development platform to prevent vulnerabilities before production.

You will drive AI security governance, partner with engineering teams, and lead remediation efforts to reduce risk while enabling rapid delivery at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• US citizen due to contractual/access requirements.
• Senior Security Engineer with shift-left focus in software development.
• Experience embedding security into the SDLC and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce security guardrails early in the development process.
• Configure and enforce pipeline security gates across the enterprise.
• Deploy and manage application security scanners across the development platform.
• Develop security-as-code policies and enforcement rules.
• Partner with delivery enablement teams on AI tooling security.
• Lead vulnerability triage and remediation prioritization.
