Zusammenfassung

Payward is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join the xStocksKraken security team. You will own security deliverables end to end, run offensive assessments, and collaborate with engineering, CISO, and compliance to harden custody and signing workflows across multiple chains.

You will apply strong security fundamentals, read smart contracts, and perform threat modeling while contributing to product engineering and incident response. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Strong security fundamentals across web and on-chain components.
• Offensive security experience including pentesting or red-team work.
• Ability to read smart contracts and assess failure modes.

Aufgaben

• Own security deliverables end to end, coordinating audits and responses.
• Run offensive assessments against web apps, APIs, and on-chain components.
• Threat-model new and existing systems and maintain risk mitigations.
• Review code for security, especially auth, cryptography, custody, signing.
• Harden the platform: secrets handling, IAM, supply-chain hygiene, logging.
• Secure custody and signing workflows, MPC/HSM integrations and policies.
• Contribute to product engineering with secure coding practices.
• Support incidents: detection, triage, response, and post-mortems.
