Qualifications

• 4+ years of security engineering experience with a strong focus on infrastructure, application and cloud security.
• Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform or similar).
• Experience in building and maintaining security systems in a Cloud and on-premises environment.
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, log management, and authentication systems.
• Familiarity with web technologies and APIs; strong networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review system design and implementations from multiple teams to assess security posture and recommend architectural improvements.
• Develop automation and tooling to cover security agent suites across platforms using Python and other tools.
• Write documentation including policies and procedures for network, containers, and cloud security.
• Design and implement security controls for servers, cloud environments, and container platforms.
• Support customer and vendor audits with security artifacts and evidence.
• Assist with network protection, access control, and security awareness initiatives.
