Entergy is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to lead the security engineering function. The role focuses on detecting and responding to security events using SIEM/XDR, threat intel, and user behavior analytics.

The position requires cloud security expertise, experience with MITRE ATT&CK, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Hybrid work options are available across Little Rock, The Woodlands, and New Orleans.

• Senior Information Security Engineer focused on detection and response across enterprise security events.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework and security detection use cases.
• Knowledge of cloud security engineering, AI security, and telemetry sources.

Mansioni

• Lead security engineering efforts with cloud partners to develop security strategies.
• Develop and tune detection and response use cases using SIEM/XDR telemetry.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and risk requirements.
• Coordinate with CSOC, TVM, and other teams in a 24x7 environment.
• Maintain and evolve SIEM and related monitoring platforms.
